At CollectorsWatches, we stand behind the authenticity and quality of every timepiece. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a pre-paid shipping label.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the watch in its original presentation box, including all warranty cards, manuals, and protective films, then secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton.

• 3.
  Insured Shipping

  Affix the provided label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; all return shipments are fully insured for your peace of mind.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master watchmakers verify the condition and serial numbers of the returned piece, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
